The charge of total cost takes place at the time of arrival except in case of cancellation in which the cancellation policy activates and different terms apply. Refundable Bed &amp; Breakfast Rate: This rate includes buffet breakfast and all applicable taxes. Non-Refundable Bed &amp; Breakfast Rate: This rate includes buffet breakfast and all applicable taxes. The total amount is charged upon reservation and the guest is not entitled to any refund at any given situation.</span></p><h3><span style="font-size: 18px;">Cancellation Policy</span></h3><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">For refundable rates: May-June &amp; Sept-Oct : In case of cancellation 7 days prior to the day of arrival, a 1-day charge will be applied. In case of No-Show 100% of the stay will be charged. July-Aug : In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the day of arrival, a 1-day charge will be applied. In case of No-Show 100% of the stay will be charged. For non-refundable rates: In case of cancellation the guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).
