The charge of total cost takes place at the time of arrival except in case of cancellation in which the cancellation policy activates and different terms apply. Refundable Bed &amp; Breakfast Rate: This rate includes buffet breakfast and all applicable taxes. Non-Refundable Bed &amp; Breakfast Rate: This rate includes buffet breakfast and all applicable taxes. In case of No-Show 100% of the stay will be charged. July-Aug : In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the day of arrival, a 1-day charge will be applied. In case of No-Show 100% of the stay will be charged.
